Heather earned her Bachelor's and Masters Degree in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University. While obtaining her degrees, Heather worked for the Food and Agricultural Education Information System (FAEIS). FAEIS collects and analyzes data from Colleges of Agriculture, Renewable Natural Resources and Forestry and Colleges of Family and Consumer Sciences. Heather joined CBP when it started operating in February 2001. Heather's responsibilities include accounting, human resources, financial reporting, membership administration, operation support and coordination, and board of directors secretary.

Lisa Foreman
Member Services
Graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelors degree in Advertising/Marketing. 22 years of advertising/marketing experience with The Southwest Stockman/Record Stockman. Developed advertising tools for Amarillo Livestock Auction and was the morning voice on the radio livestock market segment for the weekly Amarillo Sale. Primary objective at CBP is managing member services and coordinating sponsorship development.

Graduated from Texas A&M university with a bachelors degree in Animal Science 1995. Cattle Procurement for Cargill Meat Solutions in Kansas and Nebraska through 2001. On staff since inception at CBP. Primary objectives have been marketing and evaluating cattle and customer relations.

Dan Mercer
Cattle Marketing Operations
A graduate of West Texas State University with a bachelors degree in Animal Science – Dan began his career in 1978 at IBP in Quality Control, then into Carcass Selection and finally into a position as a Buyer, periodically ran the buy in 1990 and 1991 for northern plants. Started with CBP at inception and offers a foundation of maturity to lead the younger CBP field representatives and the experience to enhance CBP’s trading expertise.

Clint McWaters
Marketing Representative

Clint is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where he was a member of the livestock judging team. Upon graduation he worked for the USDA Market News Reporting Service in Amarillo, Texas. Clint joined CBP in 2003.

Billy Labrier
Marketing Representative
Graduate of West Texas State University with a bachelors degree in Ag Business and Economics – Billy grew up in the stocker cattle and feedyard business. After 20 years in the ranching and purebred business in New Mexico, Billy came to CBP in 2004. He will service the E. Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and E. South Dakota areas.

Previously responsible for the design, development and implementation of asset portfolio optimization and asset risk evaluation systems for Halliburton Energy Services. Currently responsible for the design, development, testing and administration of CBP's information management systems. |
